Terms & Conditions – Hall Hire
The pricing listed is valid from April 2025 until further notice.
Regular bookings are available at negotiated rates.
1st Sawtell Scout Group reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time at its discretion.
To secure your spot, a deposit of $50 is may be requested at the time of booking which can be paid by bank transfer. This deposit is only refundable if cancellation occurs more than two weeks from booking date.
The hall is not suitable for parties such as 18th and 21st.
